Police Records

You may contact Nancy Schuett at the Johnstown Police Department anytime between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm to obtain a copy of a police report.

You must fill out a form at the police department to request any records.  You will also be required to give the records clerk a copy of your driver's license.  The form to request records will be available via this web page in the adobe acrobat format as soon as possible.  Please understand that some reports may have information that is not public record blacked out.  If you have any questions, please contact the police department at 970-587-5555.
