1. Who is responsible for removing snow from sidewalks?

Johnstown Municipal Code requires citizens to shovel their sidewalks adjacent to the public street within 24 hours of the end of a storm.

All the rules and regulations enforced by the Town are in the Johnstown Municipal Code

3. What do I do if I have a complaint?

The Code Enforcement Officer works for the Police Department. For a code enforcement complaint call 970-587-5555.
