The Johnstown Municipal Code contains the procedure for complaints.
Complete a complaint form and submit to the Building Department located in Town Hall at 450 S Parish Ave.

1. Who is responsible for removing snow from sidewalks?

Johnstown Municipal Code requires citizens to shovel their sidewalks adjacent to the public street within 24 hours of the end of a storm.

Johnstown Municipal Code Section 7-138 specifies prohibited animals, including:
