Complete a complaint form and submit to the Building Department located at 101 Charlotte St.
The complaint will be investigated promptly.

Code Enforcement
|
|
Johnstown Municipal Code requires citizens to shovel their sidewalks adjacent to the public street within 24 hours of the end of a storm.

Johnstown Municipal Code Section 7-138 specifies prohibited animals, including:
>any animal having poisonous bites,
>any farm animal (horse, mule, sheep, goat, llama, swine, cow, or livestock,
>any wild or exotic animal.
