Americans with Disabilities Act

The goal of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is to ensure that persons with a disability are not  turned down for a job or promotion or refused entry to a public access area.

The purpose of the  ADA Title II Self-evaluation is to document the results of the review of access to programs, services, activities and events by individuals with disabilities in order to determine if any discriminatory or potentially discriminatory practices, policies or procedures exist.
